This paper uses a self-narrative research method to present the specific process of the author’s year-long self-directed learning, revealing the dilemmas and challenges of teachers’ self-directed learning, as well as the growth trajectory of actively seeking countermeasures to solve real-world problems and thus improve her research capacity. 摘要

教师是教育的主体。教师自主专业发展可以充分发挥教师在专业发展中的主体作用。近年来,越来越多的声音强调自主学习理论对教师专业发展的有效性,但很少有文献提出教师自主专业发展的具体过程。本文采用自我叙事的研究方法,呈现了作者长达一年的自主学习的具体过程,揭示了教师自主学习的困境和挑战,以及积极寻求解决现实问题的对策,从而提高研究能力的成长轨迹。本文还提出了自主学习的动态发展模式。
