This research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees in the Central Kalimantan LPMP which numbered 107 people. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling technique that amounted to 91 people. The technique of collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis.
