Environmental factors, circadian activity, eating behavior as a means of preventing respiratory syndromes
The main goal of this work is to develop a conceptual elaboration of approaches to the prevention of energy metabolism imbalance, gas exchange disorders. An enriched environment, feeding behavior, hedonic food intake, and a "night work" model were used in rats. The microbiome of the upper respiratory tract has been studied. Periodic monitoring of the microbial composition and abundance of the microbiome of the upper respiratory tract makes it possible to objectively monitor the reactivity of the respiratory system to the action of environmental factors. Influence of beneficial bacteria on the respiratory tract appears to be important for physiologically based prevention of respiratory syndromes.
