摘要

需求响应作为智能电网的重要组成部分,需要发展以满足用电量事件在线监测、实时分析和自动响应的要求。首先,设计了典型的需求响应业务模型,确定了在线分析上下文环境。然后,在基本输入/输出事件模型和通用操作规则的基础上,设计了基于复杂事件处理技术的三层需求响应即时决策框架。最后,通过智能电力设备实时运行控制实验,验证了需求响应规律在辅助电网负荷转移和区域负荷均衡中的适时决策技术。实验结果表明,该技术有助于修正负荷曲线,降低峰谷比。
