摘要

对202例慢性精神分裂症患者进行调查，以确定精神残疾的严重程度。男性112例，女性90例。患者平均年龄51.7±3.4岁，发病年龄22.9±6.9岁。为了衡量严重程度，我们根据世界卫生组织提供的《社会残疾筛查表》制定了《住院患者社会残疾筛查表》(SDSS-I)。采用SDSS-I对202例患者进行测量，结果显示:轻度6例，轻度22例，重度66例，重度108例。重度、深度智障占86.7%。
