The active disturbance rejection controller can estimate and compensate the uncertain factors of the system, greatly enhancing the system robust. In this paper, a mathematical model of pump controlled motor speed control is built and the influence of input pump speed and load torque feed-forward to the system is studied. The active disturbance rejection controller is designed. 摘要

研究了泵输入转速和负载转矩突变情况下液压泵控制电机系统的恒速控制问题。提出了一种采用前馈补偿算法的自抗扰控制器。前馈补偿提高了系统抗干扰的快速性和能力。自抗扰控制器可以对系统的不确定因素进行估计和补偿,大大提高了系统的鲁棒性。本文建立了泵控电机转速控制的数学模型,研究了输入泵转速和负载转矩前馈对系统的影响。设计了自抗扰控制器。仿真实验表明,该控制器具有良好的静态和动态性能,即使在恶劣工况下,也能将电机输出转速控制在满意的范围内。
