Phytochemical test results it's known that each honey contains positive alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, and saponins. Antibacterial test results showed that each honey's positively had antibacterial activity. 摘要

本研究为室内实验,对多花蜂蜜、蓝度蜂蜜、薄荷蜂蜜、红毛丹蜂蜜、索诺蜂蜜、金合欢蜂蜜、橡胶蜂蜜进行抑菌活性测定。在本研究中,进行了初步试验、植物化学筛选和抗菌试验,以确定20、25、50和100%浓度下的最低抑制水平(MIC)和最低杀伤率(KBM)。植物化学测试结果表明,每种蜂蜜都含有阳性生物碱、类黄酮、糖苷和皂苷。抑菌试验结果表明,各蜂蜜均具有抑菌活性。得到的MIC和KBM表明,每种蜂蜜都能抑制细菌的生长,但只有红毛丹蜂蜜对大肠杆菌不能杀死细菌。关键词:抗菌,蜂蜜,MIC, KBM,大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,圆盘扩散,稀释
