The stress level was measured using the DASS scale. This research is categorized into experimental research type with one group pretest-posttest design. The data obtained were then analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon test method to see the difference between students’ stress levels before and after the intervention through the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for windows program. The results showed that there were significant differences in students’ stress levels before and after the intervention was given with a value of p = 0.018 (p <0.05). 摘要
本研究旨在探讨正念训练对7名中重度压力水平的SMK X punong学生的减压效果。应力水平采用DASS量表测量。本研究为实验型研究,采用一组前测后测设计。然后通过IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for windows程序对获得的数据进行非参数Wilcoxon检验方法分析,观察干预前后学生压力水平的差异。结果显示,干预前后学生压力水平差异有统计学意义,p = 0.018 (p <0.05)。这证明正念训练可以降低X班学生的压力水平。
PELATIHAN MINDFULNESS UNTUK MENURUNKAN TINGKAT STRES PADA SISWI KELAS X
