From July 29 to August 11, 2020, data was collected from 208 nurses working in three small and medium-sized hospitals in a I-city. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. The average scores for work value, growth needs, job stress, and intention to stay were 3.16±0.52, 3.25±0.57, 2.50±0.50, and 4.94±1.63. Work value, growth needs, and job stress influenced intention to stay (F=6.33, p<.001).
