The average scores for work value, growth needs, job stress, and intention to stay were 3.16±0.52, 3.25±0.57, 2.50±0.50, and 4.94±1.63. Work value, growth needs, and job stress influenced intention to stay (F=6.33, p<.001). 摘要

本研究旨在探讨工作价值、成长需求和工作压力对中小型医院护士留任意愿的影响。2020年7月29日至8月11日,对某市3家中小医院的208名护士进行数据采集。采用SPSS/WIN 23.0统计软件对收集的数据进行t检验、方差分析和分层多元回归分析。工作价值、成长需求、工作压力、留下来意向的平均得分分别为3.16±0.52、3.25±0.57、2.50±0.50、4.94±1.63。工作价值、成长需求和工作压力影响留职意向(F=6.33, p< 0.001)。因此,有必要制定自我发展和教育计划,以提高护士的工作价值和成长需求,并制定有效管理工作压力的工作制度。在教师培训过程中要加强游戏性和游戏信念,以提高游戏教学效能。
