The researcher made use of the descriptive analytical method, and administered a questionnaire for collecting the study data after assuring its validity and reliability. The research community consisted of 200 school principals. The results of the study revealed that the level of school principals’ agreement about the suggestions that might be conducted was very high as the general mean was (4.24) out of (5) scores. There were no statistically significant differences due to gender in the first dimension (practice) and the second dimension (obstacles) as it was revealed that the level of significance is greater than (0.05) in those two dimensions. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences due to the experience in both the first dimension (practice) and the second one (obstacles), as it was found that the level of significance is greater than (0.05) in such two dimensions. Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences due to the training programs of all the dimensions, as the level of significance was greater than (0.05) in the two dimensions. There was a statistically significant differences due to the gender variable in the suggestions dimensions in favor of females, as the mean was (79.15) for males compared to (57.21) for males and the significance level was (0.05).
