摘要

要实现2020年中国单位GDP二氧化碳排放量比2005年下降40% ~ 45%的目标,必须充分利用清洁能源和可再生能源,发展分布式发电技术,实现低碳发电调度。根据光伏发电和风力发电的特点,考虑不同分布式发电的发电成本和温室气体排放水平,提出了一种包含微电网的配电网低碳发电调度新模型。考虑不同的CO2排放价格和负荷水平,验证了模型的正确性和有效性。
