Anything that helps soldiers survive and do their jobs better is certainly welcome. An autonomous robotic vehicle is an excellent choice as it meets the requirements. The vehicle should be able to spy in areas where human access is restricted and also it should not topple when spying on rough terrain and could be controlled from anywhere without range restrictions.
