GENERAL PRACTITIONER: PERFORMANCE INDICATORS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND FEDERAL DISTRICTS IN 2010 – 2019
Significance. In accordance with the Strategy for Healthcare Development in the Russian Federation in 2015-2030, it is planned to strengthen primary health care, as well as to improve the system of education of health care personnel with a focus on training general practitioners (GPs). Therefore, analysis of dynamics in GP performance in recent years is relevant. The purpose of the study: to assess performance indicators of general practitioners in the Russian Federation and Federal districts for the period from 2010 to 2019. Material and methods: based on data from federal statistical observation (form N30) the main performance indicators of general practitioners were calculated and analyzed in dynamics in 2010-2019. Conclusion: The described dynamics in the GP performance indicators suggests an increasing role of general practitioners in the structure of primary health care with a higher focus on prevention in their performance.
