摘要

本文研究了6063-T66铝合金在多轴循环载荷下疲劳寿命的测定。试验内容包括材料应变-寿命特性鉴定的试样试验、组合加载模型的建立以及低周疲劳区断裂的循环次数的确定。在标准机电机床上采用合适的夹持系统进行了恒幅载荷下的疲劳试验。在试验结果的基础上,将疲劳设计曲线与母材和焊接材料的疲劳数据以及多轴疲劳模型进行了比较,可以预测不同载荷下的疲劳寿命。
