Physicochemical properties of VCOs were statistically analysed and compared to the guidelines for edible oils established by the Asian Pacific Coconut Community (APCC). The findings revealed that there was a significant difference (p<0.05) in oil recovery, content of tocopherol and total phenol, total antioxidant activity and fatty acid profile of TVCO and CCVCO. High oil recovery and low moisture content were observed in TVCO.
