The load relation between TD-SCDMA and GSM systems carrying asymmetric services is classified into four cases. For each case, trigger condition of handoff operation, the traffic volume to be migrated and the criteria of selecting users to be migrated are analyzed. 摘要

本文研究了具有非对称业务的异构TD-SCDMA和GSM系统之间的负载均衡问题。针对用户容量不等的异构系统,描述了系统负载的统一测量、基于切换的负载均衡算法的原理和步骤。将承载非对称业务的TD-SCDMA和GSM系统之间的负载关系分为四种情况。针对每种情况,分析了切换操作的触发条件、待迁移的流量和选择迁移用户的标准。仿真结果表明,该算法可以使系统负载更加均衡,有效地提高了高负载系统的性能。
