A mechanistic model of the process is constructed, an equation is derived that describes the dynamics of the process of removal and accumulation of liquid, criteria for the removal of liquid are determined, as well as the main dimensionless factors that affect the nature of the process. A method for static analysis of the area of stable operation of a well is proposed.
