摘要

本研究旨在分析PDRI南苏门答腊讲师科学工作的奖惩、组织气候和生产力潜力。使用的研究方法是定量研究,采用描述性和验证性确认性调查方法,在Whatsapp (WA)组中有234名PDRI成员,在回答问卷和访谈并使用SPSS 23工具进行数据处理后获得132名。教师奖惩对生产率的影响,t计数为6.215>表1.976;组织气氛对生产率的影响,t计数为6.215>表1.976;薪酬对生产率的影响,t计数为4.044>表1.976;奖惩、组织气氛、胜任力对生产率的影响,F计数为26.484>表3.0663,输出溶剂系数R平方为70.9%。因此,奖励和奖励影响生产力,组织氛围影响生产力,能力影响生产力,惩罚和奖励,组织氛围和能力共同影响生产力。关键词:奖惩、组织氛围、胜任力和生产力
