In a population, chromosomes have different lengths because a child's chromosomes can be longer or shorter than his parents. To produce child, GP Algorithm applies the recombination process and the mutation using the several scenarios of probability of crossover and probability of mutation. 摘要

本文是利用遗传规划这一进化算法对万隆县的天气预报进行研究的结果。在本研究中,我们使用了万隆县近11年(2005-2015)的月降雨量数据。首先,采用加权移动平均(WMA)算法对数据进行预处理。然后,利用GP算法对表示非线性染色体为树的降雨天气预报进行处理。在一个群体中,染色体有不同的长度,因为一个孩子的染色体可能比他的父母长或短。为了产生子代,GP算法利用交叉概率和突变概率的几种情况对子代进行重组和突变。应用遗传规划算法,万隆县天气预报系统的准确率达到70%以上。
