One possible solution to relieve the problem is to use the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) as a relay to improve the quality-of-experience (QoE). In this paper, we focus on the allocation of bandwidth and transmission power for multiuser video streaming in UAV relay networks. Our goal is to maximize the total long-term QoE of users, which are determined by the freezing time and the bit rate of video. We employ the Lyapunov optimization theory to transform the original problem with long-term average form into the drift-plus-penalty problem. Considering the energy constraint of UAV, we propose a decentralized allocation scheme using alternative ascending clock auction to derive the optimal solution.
