In this paper, we focus on the allocation of bandwidth and transmission power for multiuser video streaming in UAV relay networks. Our goal is to maximize the total long-term QoE of users, which are determined by the freezing time and the bit rate of video. We employ the Lyapunov optimization theory to transform the original problem with long-term average form into the drift-plus-penalty problem. Considering the energy constraint of UAV, we propose a decentralized allocation scheme using alternative ascending clock auction to derive the optimal solution.
