In view of the situation, the paper proposes a new platform-based blended teaching model, which is based on pad class and virtual training. Firstly, from the perspective of technology for implementation, in the platform-based blended teaching model, all applications supporting blended teaching should be unified application access standards, and the internal data sharing mechanism can realize, which could achieve the quality and efficiency analysis of teaching effect based on big data. Furthermore, from the perspective of function realization, the teaching activities are divided into several pad class models scientifically, and the learning methods are divided into fine-grained again. The learning characteristics of military cadets are fully considered, and the enthusiasm and initiative of cadets are improved in their limited learning time.
