摘要

近年来,我国居民用电量持续快速增长,交叉补贴问题日益严重。现行居民分级电价机制在节能方面的作用相当有限。为了研究居民用电的实际情况,保证工商业用户公平参与电力市场,促进节能减排,实现社会福利最大化,产生了许多相关研究。本文在前人研究的基础上,梳理了国内外居民电价定价理论,分析了目前国内居民电价,建立了居民阶梯电价优化模型。通过对四种居民阶梯电价的分析,为居民电价的建立提供支持,也为提高电网企业的管理水平提供思路。
