Patterns, Pedagogical Design Schemes and Process for Instructional Design
The research work aim to support the teacher's design activity and propose an adaptive process as part of an engineering design process framework based on patterns. The design process proposes teachers to design learning situation based on patterns according to their own design approach identified as pedagogical design scheme. A context-sensitive tool exploiting a library of patterns is being developed to support the design process. In this paper, we present the pattern-based engineering design process framework and the tool supporting it. We experiment a design session with two trainers of an association dedicated to back-to-work programs within an iterative co-participant design based research method.
