摘要

目的:了解到美国国家营养研究所营养咨询中心就诊的患者的营养状况。方法:对2021年5月至2022年4月在美国国家营养研究所成人营养咨询部进行营养咨询的431例患者进行横断面研究。根据亚洲人的标准对营养状况进行分类。结果:慢性能量缺乏、超重和肥胖的比率分别为29.7%、13.5和3.7%。男性超重和肥胖率分别为21.9%和6.1%;女性为10.4%和2.8%。男性超重和肥胖的比例(28%)高于女性(13.2%),而慢性能量缺乏(CED)的比例(22.8%)低于女性(32.2%)(p <0.05)。20 ~ 29岁肥胖率最高,随后随年龄增长而降低。城市超重、肥胖和CED的比例分别为13.2、3.7和25.4%;13.8%, 3.8%和37.1%在农村。结论:本研究提示青少年肥胖和CED发生率高。城市和农村的超重和肥胖率相似,但两地区之间的CED率存在显著差异。
