The Principal always builds a strong synergy between the government, namely the Education Office and District Government, and involves the community who are part of the \"Tri Pusat Pendidikan\", 3. Accountable, transparent, and participatory principles are applied in the management of all school components, starting from School-Based Management, learning components, libraries, extracurricular activities, and student health unit, 4. The principal gives directions to teachers and staff to participate in creating quality innovations in each component, and finally, 5) In terms of learning quality, the principal and teachers create learning innovations called \"Pola Asuh 28 \"and\" Pusaka Pelajar\".
