Comparison between TAM, EUCS, TTF analysis to evaluate user acceptance for conference management system
User acceptance is one of the significant factors in knowing the success of new information systems. This can be identified from users who are willing to use new information systems to support their productivity. Discovering the level of user acceptance, a structured evaluation is carried out by using evaluation models. There are various evaluation models to determine user acceptance of information systems. The popular one is TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), and Task Technology Fit (TTF) Analysis. The main aim of the paper is to shed the appropriateness of TAM as the evaluation tool for web-based conference management systems by comparing TAM with two other evaluation tools.
