摘要

采样中断是合并单元的心跳,其稳定性直接关系到合并单元输出SV包的准确性和离散性。为了防止合并机组在采样中断异常时产生输出误差,本文提出了晶体频率监测技术、采样中断监测技术和SV包定时监测技术,形成了合并机组采样中断异常的防治系统。采用上述技术开发的并合单元具有对偶尔采样中断异常进行预警和处理的功能,提高了智能变电站运行的可靠性。
