The results of this study will be packaged in the form of a guide book of educational management and researchbased training of classroom action research for Islamic education teachers. It will become a handbook or a modul either for instructors or for trainees. This study utilized the Development Research approach (Research and Development), which was preceded by qualitative descriptive method as the first step in the research. Qualitative descriptive method has been conducted as a preliminary study (preliminary) to get data on how the implementations of course and training that have been running so far. Through a preliminary study we will be able to know what the problems of the implementation of course and training really are. Besides the data on these problems, the researcher knows well about some potencials belonged to the subjects. By knowing those potencials and strengths, the researchers will be able to apply them as materials to deal with the problems that occur. The results showed that the management development model of course and training of classroom action research based moderat Islam will be carried out in accordance with the procedure of development which includes the preliminary study, teaching and learning analysis, invention/development and revising. And the meantime the evaluation of the product has been developed in accordance with the development evaluation procedure. 摘要
本研究旨在为伊斯兰教育教师提供一种基于现代伊斯兰教的课堂行动研究课程和培训管理模式。本研究的结果将以教育管理指南和伊斯兰教育教师课堂行动研究的研究性培训的形式进行包装。它将成为教官或学员的手册或模块。本研究采用了发展研究方法(Research and Development),在此之前,定性描述方法是研究的第一步。定性描述方法作为一项初步研究(初步),以获得迄今为止课程和培训实施情况的数据。通过初步的研究,我们将能够知道课程和培训实施的真正问题是什么。除了这些问题的数据外,研究者还清楚地知道一些属于被试的潜力。通过了解这些潜力和优势,研究人员将能够将它们作为材料应用于处理发生的问题。结果表明,基于现代伊斯兰课堂行动研究的课程与培训管理开发模式将按照前期研究、教与学分析、发明/发展和修订的开发过程进行。同时按照开发评价程序对产品进行了评价。关键词:课程管理发展模式
