The mechanism of shaft damage was analyzed from material mechanics point of view in this paper, and the method for evaluating the effect of SSO on shaft system was put forward. Firstly, variational-amplitude SSO was transformed into a series of constant-amplitude SSO using rain flow algorithm. Then, the fatigue damnification of shaft system resulting from SSO was calculated according to Miner rule. 摘要

随着高压直流输电和串联电容补偿输电线路的广泛应用,次同步振荡问题日益突出。评估次同步振荡对轴系的影响是保证汽轮发电机组安全的基础。从材料力学的角度分析了轴系损伤的机理,提出了单轴冲击对轴系影响的评价方法。首先,利用雨流算法将变幅单点登陆变换为一系列等幅单点登陆;然后,根据Miner规则计算了单轴振动引起的轴系疲劳损伤。通过IEEE第一基准模型的次同步共振,验证了SSO对汽轮发电机轴影响评价方法的有效性。
