The hardware model represents the combination of three different types of sources which are ac mains, solar energy and an inverter. Switching is provided between these different types of sources by the use of the micro-controller. Our primary objective is to present a working hardware model which shows how to implement and achieve a cost-efficient hybrid power generation system to provide an uninterruptable power supply.
