Change in the content of these elements affects the size and density of the distribution of chromium borides. In the BNi-1a coating, the precipitations are fine-grained and densely distributed in the nickel matrix. While, in the BNi-2 coating they are larger and occur in dendritic agglomerations, on the surface they are in the form of plaques.
