Model yang digunakan adalah incremental model, yaitu suatu model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dilakukan secara bertahap dan berulang hingga produk yang dikembangkan selesai. Dalam pengimplementasian rancangan dilakukan tiga pembagian increment, yaitu increment ke-1 persuratan, increment ke-2 indikator kinerja utama, dan increment ke-3 layanan informasi berita, pengumuman dan dokumen elektronik dimana setiap selesai melakukan implementasi maka dilakukan pengujian fungsionalitas sistem menggunakan black-box testing dengan jumlah 52 butir fungsi uji, dan diuji oleh total 5 orang tester dengan hasil pengujian 100% fungsi berjalan dengan baik.Kata kunci : Pelayanan, Model Incremental, Black-box Testing. Abstrak - This research was conducted to implement the design of the department's service system that has been designed by previous researchers, with the aim of minimizing service problems that occur in the Department of Electrical and Informatics Engineering, Jambi University. 摘要
