Leadership style with environment work take effect close to satisfaction work, while teamwork _ with environment work take effect weak to satisfaction work. 摘要

本研究以环境工作为调节变量,分析领导风格和合作团队对员工满意度的影响。研究采用的方法是定量相关。人口为在巴淡市X公共卫生中心工作的雇员,共40人,技术样本为总抽样。数据以原始数据的形式采用问卷调查工具和李克特量表。偏最小二乘(PLS)统计方法的定量数据分析技术。研究结果表明,领导风格对可变满意度工作有正向显著影响,团队合作对可变绩效有正向影响,但不显著。环境工作对变量满意度工作有正向影响,但不显著。领导风格与环境工作的效果接近于满意度工作,团队合作与环境工作的效果较弱。结论只有一个变量具有显著的影响,p值为0.004 < = 0.05,且与变量密切相关,即可变领导对工作满意度的调节作用与可变环境工作密切相关。
