A random sample of 32 participants from selected university libraries in Osun State, Nigeria. The result of the hypothesis revealed a weak positive correlation between occupational stressors and psychological health status (N = 32, r = 0.427, p = 0.015). The test also shows a weak positive correlation between the level of occupational stress and psychological health status (N = 32, r = 0.493, p = 0.004). The study concluded that employees who do not experience work-related stress would enjoy good health.
