A new CFAR detection algorithm of multithreshold in which three tentative estimates of the noise level in the test cell are obtained by independently processing output of the leading and the lagging cells is proposed and studied. The performance of multi-threshold CFAR detector is analyzed in both a benign environment and in an environment of an arbitrary number of interferers in the sample set. A Rayleigh fluctuation target mode (Swerling Case I) is used as a model for the received signal. The results have been applied in Radar Station. 在传统的细胞平均恒定报警率(CA-CFAR)检测器中,检测概率(P/sub / d/)的严重下降是由于参考细胞中存在干扰目标引起的。提出并研究了一种新的多阈值CFAR检测算法,该算法通过对超前单元和滞后单元的输出分别进行独立处理,得到测试单元噪声电平的三个暂定估计。分析了多阈值CFAR检测器在良性环境和样本集中存在任意数量干扰的环境下的性能。采用瑞利波动目标模式(Swerling Case I)作为接收信号的模型。研究结果已在雷达站得到应用。实际测试结果表明,该多阈值检测器具有良好的性能。
