Extinction cross-section spectra of the core-shell nanoparticles were calculated depending on ration between the core and shell thicknesses. It was shown that prolate and oblate shape of the Ag-CuS core-shell nanoparticles are characterized by the two peaks and demonstrate higher intensity of the plasmonic peaks comparison to the spherical ones.
