This research aims to analyze the influence of training, motivation, job stress, and job satisfaction on employee performance with employee engagement as a mediation. This study involves 400 employees of Gojek in Batam City. Using SmartPLS analysis, it was found that training is positive not significant on employee performance with employee engagement as mediation. Job stress is negative not significant on employee performance with employee engagement as mediation. 摘要

交通运输的发展总是伴随着技术的发展。技术发展的变化对在线交通的影响是为人们提供了新的工作机会。本研究旨在以员工敬业度为中介,分析培训、激励、工作压力和工作满意度对员工绩效的影响。本研究以巴淡市Gojek的400名员工为研究对象。运用SmartPLS分析,以员工敬业度为中介,发现培训对员工绩效的正向影响不显著。在员工敬业度的中介作用下,工作压力对员工绩效的影响不显著。动机和工作满意度对提高员工绩效都有最重要的作用,而员工敬业度是其中的中介。
