OPTIMIZATION OF THE WORK OF THE REGISTRATION OFFICE OF THE CITY CHILDREN'S POLYCLINIC WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE "LEAN POLYCLINIC" PROJECT

Современные подходы к организации оптимальных условий работы регистратуры городской детской поликлиники за счет устранения потерь путем создания новой модели медицинской организации, оказывающей первичную медико-санитарную помощь, явились первыми пошаговыми этапами при осуществлении проекта «Бережливая поликлиника». Достижение поставленной цели потребовало решения комплекса организационных и технических вопросов для преобразования здания бывшей республиканской детской больницы (построенной в 1964 г.) и размещённой в нём после капитального ремонта городской детской поликлиники (с 1992 г.) в современное педиатрическое медицинское учреждение в соответствии с критериями проекта «Бережливая поликлиника». Изменившийся подход к организации оказания медицинских услуг повысил качество их оказания. Modern approaches to the organization of optimal working conditions for the registration of the city children's polyclinic by eliminating losses by creating a new model of a medical organization providing primary health care were the first step-by-step stages in the implementation of the Lean Polyclinic project. Achieving this goal required the solution of a set of organizational and technical issues for the transformation of the building of the former republican children's hospital (built in 1964) and located in it after a major renovation of the city children's polyclinic (since 1992) into a modern pediatric medical institution in accordance with the project criteria "Lean Clinic". The changed approach to the organization of the provision of medical services has increased the quality of their provision.
