This Research Is an explanatory research. The samples used were 91 respondents of vocational school teachers in Mojokerto regency but who returned questionnaires of 48 people, the method of data collection was questionnaire. Statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation of the alleged value of the variables is done with the help of SPSS version 20 program. 摘要

本研究的目的是:1)分析组织公民行为对留任意愿的影响2)分析组织文化对Mojokerto县职校教师留任意愿的影响3)分析SMK教师留任意愿对工作满意度的影响4)分析组织公民行为对工作满意度的影响5)分析组织文化对工作满意度的影响6)分析组织文化对工作满意度的影响公民行为和组织文化对工作满意度有直接和间接的影响。本研究为解释性研究。样本为Mojokerto县91名职业学校教师,共发放问卷48份,数据收集方法为问卷调查。统计分析采用多元线性回归分析。变量的所谓值的计算是在SPSS 20版程序的帮助下完成的。从研究结果可以总结为:1)组织公民行为对留任意愿没有显著影响,2)组织文化对留任意愿有显著影响,3)组织公民行为对绩效没有显著影响。4)组织文化对绩效无显著影响。5)留意向对业绩无显著影响。6)组织公民行为和组织文化通过留任意愿变量对绩效有直接或间接的显著影响。
