The article identifies the tasks facing the candidate for the degree of \"Doctor of Arts\", analyzes the ways to implement these tasks on the examples of training programs for doctors of art in universities in the United States and Europe. 摘要

国内有关艺术教育的教育立法发生了变化,并引入了一种培训高素质表演者的特殊形式,类似于艺术领域的哲学博士学位,这决定了这一主题的相关性及其现实意义。本文明确了“文学博士”学位候选人面临的任务,并以美国和欧洲大学的艺术博士培养项目为例,分析了实现这些任务的方法。考虑了为艺术领域的创造性专业培训科学和教学工作者的新方法基础,作为一种选择,在乌克兰高等艺术教育机构中提供了“表演艺术”专业艺术博士研究方案的建设。有人强调,引进这种形式的高素质教师培训将使高等教育艺术机构能够保持和发展创造潜力,刺激有才华的艺术家成长为教师,将他们的经验传授给后代。这种创新有助于欧洲和乌克兰教育标准的趋同,提高了艺术家培训的质量,具有积极的发展动力,但需要高质量的课程内容,解决方法任务和不断监测内容,以便有可能纠正和改进。
