This is inseparable from the many challenges and problems of managerial inadequacy that exist in some Islamic educational institutions.  Artikel aims to examine the problem of implementing management in Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this article is a literature study by reviewing some literature related to the theme that the author will study. 摘要

伊斯兰教育机构被称为印尼最古老的教育机构,但在质量和管理方面,伊斯兰教育机构仍然是中等的。这与某些伊斯兰教育机构中存在的管理不足的许多挑战和问题是分不开的。阿蒂克尔旨在研究伊斯兰教育机构实施管理的问题。本文使用的方法是文献研究法,通过回顾与作者将要研究的主题相关的一些文献。结果表明,伊斯兰教育机构的管理问题之一是伊斯兰教育管理者在满足利益相关者的需求和期望方面的不足;其次,在一些伊斯兰教育机构中仍然存在专制和中央集权的领导实践;伊斯兰教育机构中存在二分法,导致科学家出现两类群体;特别是在管理方面,以及几家伊斯兰教育机构在维护本土智慧价值观方面的实力,因此也对伊斯兰教育不愿与时俱进的创新产生了影响。
