实际上,当今电视系统服务领域的生活与由现有的模拟电视向新型数字电视的转变密切相关。当然,这不是一个简单而短暂的过程。世界上许多国家都从经济的角度讨论了在DVB系统中采用MPEG-2还是MPEG-4 AVC的视频编解码器的问题,不仅适用于预期的高清多路传输流。在这种依赖中,DVB系统原则教育中视频序列源编码教育的位置和权重也是部分重要的。因此,本文提出了一种用户可扩展的软件工具,用于在标准编解码器MPEG-2/ video (ITU-T Rec. H.262)中对视频序列进行源编码。
