摘要

“互联网+”带动了中国经济的大幅快速增长,跨境电子商务成为中国经济增长的新动力。提高个性化服务能力,就等于增强了企业的竞争优势,提高了企业的核心竞争力。本文论述了个性化服务在跨境电子商务中的地位,分析了跨境电子商务个性化服务存在的问题。本文从提供个性化产品、加强个性化服务监管机制、建立个性化服务物流体系等方面,提出了提高消费者在线服务质量和水平的策略,以满足网络原生代跨境电商用户对个性化服务的需求。
