The study revealed that lecturer work loyalty was positively and significantly affected by job satisfaction and their assessment of rewards and work environment. 摘要

本研究旨在运用结构方程模型,寻找提高民办高校讲师工作忠诚度的模型。研究样本是班达亚齐五所私立大学的150名讲师。问卷调查是收集数据的主要工具。此外,使用AMOS 21操作的结构方程模型(SEM)对数据进行了分析。研究发现,讲师的工作满意度、对报酬和工作环境的评价对其工作忠诚有显著的正向影响。因此,提高讲师的工作忠诚度可以通过大学基金会政策干预,增加奖励和改善大学的工作环境质量来实现。
