The research sample was 150 lecturers of five private universities in Banda Aceh. The questionnaire is the main instrument for data collection. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM) operationalized with AMOS 21. The study revealed that lecturer work loyalty was positively and significantly affected by job satisfaction and their assessment of rewards and work environment.
