First, a variable-frequency current signal is injected into the system by the zero-sequence voltage transformer of the distribution network. Then the returned voltage signal will be measured by the voltage transformer inside the arc-suppression coil. After establishing the variable-frequency equivalent circuit which considers the damping resistance, the capacitance to ground can be calculated accurately. 摘要

为了准确有效地实现消弧线圈调谐,提高谐振接地系统对地电容的测量精度是当务之急。针对现有测量方法未考虑消弧线圈接地回路中连接的阻尼电阻的问题,提出了一种谐振接地系统对地电容的测量方法。首先,配电网的零序电压互感器向系统注入一个变频电流信号。然后由消弧线圈内的电压互感器测量返回的电压信号。通过建立考虑阻尼电阻的变频等效电路,可以准确地计算出对地电容。最后,通过PSCAD/EMTDC验证了该方法的有效性,表明该方法具有较高的精度,消除了阻尼阻力的负面影响。
