Data was collected from the survey of 145 inspection officials who were working at the Inspectorate units of Tra Vinh Province including: Provincial Inspectorate, 15 units at department level, 07 units at district level, 01 unit at town level and 01 unit at city level. Results of the linear regression test show that selected model is appropriate and meaningfully reflects a number of important factors which affect the working motivation of inspection officials in Tra Vinh Province, such as job characteristics and opportunities, wages and benefits policy, working environment and regime, recognition of personal contributions, and employee incentive policy.
