The interaction at the political and economic levels, the results of the meetings and negotiations are noted. A wide range of topics, interesting for the parties, is identified. Particular attention is paid to the migration crisis of 2021 on the border of Belarus and Lithuania, its causes and consequences. The chronological framework of the article can be divided into two parts. From 2014 to 2017, Belarus relations with Latvia and Lithuania can be characterized as quite productive in developing trade and economic cooperation. Period between 2018–2021 was more complicated in building bilateral relations. Despite the certain economic successes, the economic crisis was developing. Acute contradictions in relations became especially evident in 2020–2021: they include political, energy and migration crises. The conclusions are made about the current state and the future of bilateral relations between Belarus–Latvia and Belarus–Lithuania.
