This research uses a research and development approach which refers to the theory of Borg and Gall. The trial subjects in this study consisted of 260 students. The data collection instrument in this study was a research and development questionnaire given to all test subjects. Camtasia recorder application is effective for developing video tutorials. The development of video tutorials with the flipped classroom approach has been maximized. Video tutorials help students in mastering and using educational applications.
