Application of Hunting-free Codes to Novel Asynchronous Multiplexing
Application of multiplexed block codes (MBCs) for realizing new, flexible and versatile multiplexing is investigated. First, it is shown that modification of simple frame structure of MBC can be used for attaining hunting-free reframing for multiplexing systems. Then, it is shown that the combined use of multiple frame patterns can realize extremely simple and flexible asynchronous multiplexing system. Finally, methods for finding usable frame patterns for asynchronous multiplexing are discussed.
