The results show that the main influencing factors of job satisfaction of college-graduate village officials include management system, career development, interpersonal relationship, workload and working environment, among which the influence of management system and career development is slightly higher, and the influence of interpersonal relationship is relatively lower; At present, the job satisfaction of college-graduate village officials is on the upper-middle level, among which the satisfaction level of interpersonal relationship is relatively high, while the overall satisfaction level of management system, working environment and career development is not high. 摘要

自1995年实行大学毕业生村官政策以来,相关工作已在全国各地开展。为了了解大学生村官的工作现状及工作满意度。同时,对工作满意度的影响因素进行了深入的探讨。因此,本文进行了深入而系统的研究。本文以W市大学生村官工作满意度实证调查为数据源,运用SPSS20.0统计分析工具、描述性统计分析、因子分析和回归分析,对大学生村官工作满意度的影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明:大学生村官工作满意度的主要影响因素包括管理制度、职业发展、人际关系、工作量和工作环境,其中管理制度和职业发展的影响略高,人际关系的影响相对较低;目前,大学生村官的工作满意度处于中上水平,其中对人际关系的满意度较高,而对管理制度、工作环境和职业发展的总体满意度不高。因此,有必要明确大学生村官的工作定位,推进职业生涯规划管理,建立和完善工作激励制度,加强大学生村官的工作绩效管理,从而进一步提高大学生村官的工作满意度。
